We are a not-for-profit quality, not quantity, thrifty shop located at the heart center of the headwaters of the Sacramento River. We accept donations quality used clothes offer these items at very affordable prices. Consignment will be accepted for locally crafted goods. All proceeds benefit sustainable community development.
Other Side of the Mountain is a souvenir and gift store, promoting what is lovely about our side of the mountain. There are t-shirts, souvenir cups, shot glasses, and caps. We also have items made by local artists and craft persons. Hours of operation: Thursday through Monday 10 am - 5 pm Sunday 9 am - 4 pm

In 2003 we expanded to include a full line Building Supply and relocated to McCloud's central exit, on Minnesota Ave. The General Stores walls are lined with treasures from McClouds history along with gifts, souvenirs, candles, and our year round Christmas room.
